How Can I Avoid Getting Caught By Ir35?

I am a contractor operating through a Ltd company. I obtain work through an agency so the contract is between me and the agency and then between themselves and the client to supply my services. I often work for several months at a time on a daily rate. Will I get caught by IR35?
