Can I Legally Start A Company And Call It Umbrella Corporation?

I have been obssessed with Resident Evil ever since I was a kid. I am currently working on starting a small scale pharmaceutical research laboratory and wanted to start getting into the legal side of the issue.
Anyway, what copyright issues sorround the name and is it possible to get a similar name or lease the trademark from capcom etc…?
Any other ideas would be appreciated. Please only detailed responses, no obviously its illegal answers.
