Tax Advise – Limited Company?
I have incorporated a limited company recently to minimize my tax payment. I am the sole director and there is no secretary. I work through agency on hourly basis. Do i need to pay employment tax and NI if i registered as a limited company? Does the IR35 apply to limited companies?
what i was intending to do is to take all the profit as a dividend hence avoiding employment tax. Can i consider myself as a Personal Service Companies or does my company fall in Managed Service Companies.
Please advise urgently.

What Is The Difference/advantage Between Self Employed Sole Trader And Limited Company Still As A Sole Trader?
I’m working with an agency/contract work. I can either be self employed or register as a ‘Ltd. Company’. I was told that self employment was relatively easier to operate than Ltd company which involved a lot more paper work including appointing a company secretary. This is way beyond me. Until recently, an ‘Umbrella’ company was managing things for me but since 5 April ‘07 they have stopped because of the new rule announced in the last budget. So I’m forced to look for other ways of managing my finances.
I’m On Holidaymaker Visa & Can Work 1 Yr As Contractor. Is It Advisable To Open A Limited Company?
Hi, I am currently on holidaymaker visa which I can take contract jobs for 1 year. Expected to earn more than 35,000 per annum, tax rate of 40%. Is it advisable to go through the hassle to open a limited company or go through umbrella company under the IR35 to tax savings? Any good agencies to recommend for limited companies opening + accounting or umbrella companies? Thanks
