Can You Buy An Umbrella Policy From A Company Who Does Not Insure Your Home Or Car?

And if so, what companies offer/sell such coverage?
I have my car and home insured with two separate companies. My car insurer doesn’t offer homeowners or umbrella insurance, but their car rates are significantly lower than other competitors.
My home insurer will sell me umbrella, but the rate seems very high. I want to shop around.
