Getting Paid Via A Paye Unbrella Company – Is It Beneficial?

I’m an Agency temp and I now have to pay an umbrella company to do my wages. They say I’ll pay less tax and NI and can claim expenses, but if I pay less NI does this mean that my state pension will be reduced and does it mean that I’ll loose the right to sick pay etc? – anyone know about this ?
